"I called three different times To schedule someone to come out and look at my air conditioner. Every time I called I was told that somebody would call back to schedule, the last time you called I finally just sped up and told them that I needed to schedule because I have been calling for three weeks. After they came out, they were supposed to send us an estimate for a new air-conditioning unit and furnace, I had to call them to get that. So we went with a different company. The customer service is not very good."
