"They came out to clear our rain gutter down spout drains. They spent a lot of time on the phone, which made our bill higher since they charge by the hour. The machine broke and they told me they couldn't do the last two drains and that we should call action drain because they will be cheaper. A bit frustrated they up charged me by talking on the phone so much, and then not offering to come out and finish the work. The drains that were cleared appear to be drianing well, but I'm still stuck with two clogged drians. I won't be using this company again."

"Flat out lied about the time it took to fix my garbage disposal. First time they had a tech come out to fix a leaky disposal. I was home, took about an hour. Fixed the disposal, I paid, everything was fine. Few months later my garbage disposal quit working. I called them, tech came out, pulled a plastic measuring spoon out of the disposal that was preventing blades from turning, handed it to my renter, then left. Took less than 10 minutes. I get a call a few days later saying the bill would be $150, and that the tech was there for 1.5 hours. I am furious. I realize they charge an hour minimum, and I am happy to pay an hour minimum for the service provided, no matter how small, but the dishonesty makes me want to not do business with this company any longer."
