While their job was fairly simple–reconnect the plumbing–Jeff (the owner, who came to do the job) wasn't satisfied with how things were laid out and explained his concerns. He also replaced all the prior pipes with new and tested everything thoroughly before leaving. I plan to come back to Alpha later to replace my ailing water heater. I highly recommend them!"
