"Overall great experience with Associated from start to finish. The salesman was very friendly, informative, and transparent with the cost and needs for our home. They were able to get us scheduled for installation in less than 2 weeks and the installation process was breeze (for us anyway). Our home’s anatomy made it quite difficult for the technicians but they were able to troubleshoot on the fly and get things installed quickly. I am glad that we went with Associated for our HVAC needs and look forward to continuing to work with them in the future."

"Five stars because the technician and service was great. Justin was very informative and helpful with our very old system. We scheduled for 2:15 and had a tight time frame for our real estate deal. The technician called at noon and told me he was on his way. Our home is rural and we were about 30 minutes away. We asked if we could stick to our original time slot and a woman from the office was not willing to budge- even though that was the time we scheduled. I understand the techs are on a daily route that makes sense for all the people they need to serve however I wish it was communicated clearly that there was a potential he would be very early."

"Taylor and Noah were very productive, got right to work even when presented with challenges like drilling through cinderblock walls. Patrick the electrician made a smart decision to divert the line to a second panel which was not overloaded. Thereby making it safer and less impacted. Overall we were quite impressed with the workmanship and the guys too! Thanks to everyone involved."
