"Friendly people. My dog is the most important thing in the world to me and I'm always grateful to have care for him. With that in mind I will say that WHEN THEY HAVE AVAILABILITY they have done a great job. The problem is that they just don't have the ability to see animals with any kind of immediacy whatsoever. This sucks because it negates the relevance of any qualitative analysis regarding their work. I have to be careful of what I say because I will without a doubt be bringing my dog back in for his shots. But in the spirit of honesty I think it's important people know that if they choose to use countryside as their vet they very well might be waiting several months for an appointment. I had to look elsewhere and eventually use the online service "Dutch" to obtain some urgently needed medication that Countryside did not provide at a crucial time. I will be going back for my dogs vaccinations because of proximity and the non urgent nature of the visit. I will also happily give credit where it's due because when my dog had a fairly substantial laceration that needed stitches they were able to see and sew him up immediately without charging me an arm and a leg. So take the good and plan for the bad. I ended up getting a really good deal online for several medications so I will continue to use that service and take the boy in when he need to be seen in person. I would recommend this clinic to folks and suggest they look into Dutch. I am not being paid to say this. I just found them helpful when I needed my dogs care supplemented at a time when his primary source of care was preoccupied."
"They enforced a strict closing time on us -- precisely at 5:30 PM -- even though we explained that we were already on our way and would arrive 5 minutes after closing, and that we did NOT know if this was an emergency or not. Wouldn't wait 5 minutes!!! : ("
"Excellent review of older dog, joint pain, solutions. Not rushed, no excessive testing. Friendly, answered many questions. Recommended RX is working!"
