"Katie came over to help unclog our kitchen sink which we already had a plumber look at earlier in the day. Don't really know what the plumber did because Katie was able to find the exact issue, get it all cleaned up, have our water tested and running smoothly for 15 minutes before she left, and to top it off, she was super friendly, communicative, and resourceful! She also demonstrated how to use a product I was unfamiliar with to help keep our pipes clean. I really recommend her and her company because they were quick, efficient, respectful, and I could tell Katie knew what she was doing and enjoyed her work too!"

"Techs showed up as quickly as they could given their previous job location and road conditions outside their control. Very friendly and knowledgeable, listened to us and we troubleshooted the issue together in order to make their visit most efficient and effective. Chris did a great job, and even though it turned out super nasty and the problem was worse than anticipated, he found a solution and did the extra work to take care of it without any surprise fees. Very professional, knowledgeable, kind, communicative and thorough. Also really appreciated his time to answer my many questions and really explain things. Katie was a trainee on the job, a technician I’d be happy to have working in my home again. The company guarantees their work for 6 months, which is great peace of mind for us. (And prior to the job, the scheduler on the phone was professional and actually cared, vs another place we called) I definitely recommend the company and these techs."

"Our technician Mas 003c was amazing!! Please give that man a raise. He was knowledgeable, helpful and really went above and beyond. He gets 5+++++++ stars. My only negative was the call services center. I understand it was a busy time but please don’t tell homeowners you will be at the house from 11-1pm if you know that’s false. We waited all day and night on a Monday…finally called at 830pm and was told they would be there maybe at 9pm. When we said that is not possible , it’s too late we were promised to be priority the next day 10am. I got the text message saying “are you available for service” and responded within 5 minutes (I do work for a living and can’t just answer my phone immediately) but when i responded yes I was told …”oh sorry no one available “. When I called I was told I was the next available which did not make sense since I was suppose to have priority (so obviously I was not). Anyway they finally came and our technician was amazing !!! So…I give 5 ++ Stars to our technician and -1 Star to the call center."
