"I had a wonderful experience with Landon Russell at Cornel’s Plumbing, Heating and Air! He arrived promptly for an initial maintenance service of our furnace. He explained what he was seeing and possible cleaning needed. He was polite and very knowledgeable. We scheduled a follow-up to clean out the furnace for a few days later, where he again arrived promptly. He showed me how dirty the unit was before he cleaned it, then showed me after he cleaned it and WOW. Massive difference; he did a wonderful job, and I appreciated seeing the before and after. Landon gave me some maintenance tips to keep our furnace running smoothly and prevent a dirt buildup quickly. Overall, it was a wonderful service and we’ll be using them for all our plumbing, heating and cooling needs."

"Long story short we purchased this home a year ago, the back-flow shutoff valve needed to be replaced before our second required inspection from the city water. We had someone come out to give us a quote and possibly do a hot water heater flush. He was very real with us, as I didn’t know the history of maintenance for the hot water heater we decided maybe not do the flush as it may cause problems. Today we had Juan Segundo show up to do the job of replacing the water back-flow valve. He was sent here solo, I am impressed by his professionalism and quick work! He had to dig a 3’ x 3, x 3’or4’ deep hole. There were three large rocks surrounding the cover too!! Cut the old back-flow off replacing the connector's lines and cover. Filled the hole in with rocks so it drains properly in hopes it won’t corrode like the old one did (it was half buried in dirt.) he then had to fill the outside of the access box. He did all this in 6.5 hours! He cleaned up and filled bags with the excess dirt and hauled most of it away as I told him to leave some here so I can use it as the dirt settles. He was super friendly and had great customer service we will be back for our future plumbing jobs. Your company has treated us well. Juan Segundo did a fantastic job I am very pleased with our interaction and his job was 100%."
