"I called to get a quote for a dryer vent cleaning and the scheduler was very helpful and nice. The services tech was friendly and respectful of my home. He got the job done even though my dryer vent is really high up. After the job was done he took the time to tell me that I have two different 90 degree angles in my vent and that a lot of lint came out. I will definitely be using their services again in the future."

"One Speed came out to give us an estimate on some crawlspace remediation to handle water issues surrounding our house. Work included trenching, a sump pump, new vapor barrier, mold remediation, etc. Once the work crew came and started working, they determined that some of the work in the original estimate was not going to be necessary and they revised the work plan, which resulted in a 35% reduction in our costs for this project. The work plan revision was smart and forward thinking. The gentleman who provided the estimate as well as work team were all prompt, respectful, professional and communicative. The estimator took extra time here to look at an insulation project for us as well, which was a great time saver for us. The work team reviewed the work they did via photos (the crawlspace was too tight for a walk through), protected the interiors of the house, and cleaned up beautifully. They also provided a referral to a well regarded downspout cleaning team, who then provided us a referral to a great gutter company. We now have a dry, clean crawlspace and peace of mind that our water issues have been remediated. Now we can simply sit back and enjoy the sound of the rain on the roof without worry. Given the variety of services that One Speed offers, we plan to use them again, including that attic insulation project that went on hold for all the other projects."

The only thing that I think I would be happier with is if they had taken and provided pictures of the final project since it was under the house, that is not something I can check out myself, so pictures and videos after the project would have been great! "This company is amazing! I called them because I believed I'd been scammed by a different company that Groupon listed. They immediately went into help mode. The owner came out and confirmed my suspicion. They provided visual proof and took the time, mind you 'their own time' to show and explain their determination. They promptly booked me for vent cleaning. Quinn came out to do the work and was fantastic! I can't say enough about this gentleman. He provided an explanation of exactly what he was doing as he worked. Since the job was completed the owner has answered several questions while I'm trying to fight the first (scamming) company. I will only use One Speed Services and recommend them to everyone!!"
