"West side drain employee was easy to work with. The job wasn't completed and it backed up right away. Upon calling the office, I was informed that they couldn't return for a week. The house is occupied and the sewer at this point was non functional. I called Rescue Rooter and they were willing to come right out and got it cleared. It was $790 for West Side Drain to do a incomplete Job with no support. It was another $790 for Rescue Rooter to complete the job. Expensive learning curve on which Rooter service to use....my advice is to choose wisely. Jason Kramer"

"I was concerned about the status of our Septic Tank. We weren't experiencing any problems with the system. As a preventive maintenance measure, I called West Side Drain and ordered our Septic Tank Pumped. My call was answered promptly and in a courteous manner. The tank pumping was scheduled at a time and date agreeable to me. I immediately received an email confirmation of my order along with a 2-hour pumping window. During the period between the scheduling and the pumping, I received multiple emails and messages asking me to confirm my order and reminding me of the appointment - very professional. On the date of the schedule pumping, the truck and crew showed up on time. The two member crew, Jon and Brad, were friendly, courteous, and professional. While here, they answered my questions and provided me with information on how to maintain the septic system. and when the tank should be pumped again based on the number of house members. At the conclusion of the service, I was able to pay the crew for the pumping service. I immediately received an email receipt. I couldn't ask for, or expect, better service. I will definitely use West Side Drain and Septic again if and when the need arises."
