"Great people. We were traveling from Colorado in our motorhome pulling an aluminum trailer with our small pickup on it. We got to Cape Lookout State Park and found that the trailer had snapped at multiple joints where the tongue is affixed to the deck. We thought we'd never find anyone available, or willing, to try to fix it. Called Ken at Buss just before closing, and my husband chatted with them, and he was told to bring it over in the morning for them to take a look. Long story short, they were very helpful, and fixed it up better than it was when new, straightening, adding some supports and plates to strengthen it. We went on our way to Astoria and returned several days later to find it fixed, and we were on our way! Would definitely recommend them. Thanks so much. Ron & Sherrill."
