Reviews of NW Animal Allergy & Dermatology
"Our dog Luna suffers from allergies and when we had to find a new dermatologist, Dr. DeManuelle and her staff were very friendly and accommodating. They were able to get her on a medication regimen that cleared up her skin and has since been well managed on allergy serum that is specifically formulated for her!"
"My dog Tucker is finally in good hands. After 3 years of failed Vet visits and attempting to treat my dogs allergies and skin condition, I was fortunate enough to find Dr. DeManuelle and her amazing staff. I now know there is hope for Tucker to finally end his suffering and have a happy healthy dog life once again. Doctor and the Staff are completely committed to Tuckers complete recovery. This is the right place for your pet's dermatology issues!"
"Quite expensive but the Doctor cares deeply for your loved ones. Additionally, they find answers and solutions for pets with the worst conditions. My previous pet was a victim of poor breeding. Moreover, I contributed to this by purchasing a purebred without appropriate research. You can say I’m a part of the problem when it comes to promoting money hungry breeders. There are plenty of wonderful animals waiting to be adopted. Plan to spend 10’s of thousands of dollars nursing loved ones back to health for wanting a poorly bred dog. Do your research and even then there are no guarantees."
"I wish I could give 0 stars. This place and Dr. DeManuelle are terrible. I was charged extra because I wanted a recap at the end of the appointment and they said I caused they appointment to run long so make sure you don't ask any questions. They we're wrong with every evaluation of my dog and wasted 10 weeks of time and money. We've spent thousands on our dog with this issue alone, we aren't cheap and we will do anything for him. Dr. DeManuelle took advantage of that and the worst thing is she didn't even make him better! She was mad I got his special food from another allergy office. Not my fault you're open 3 days a week! Stay away, there are better places to go to and MUCH better Doctors out there. - reply to the response given That's because I argued with the front desk for 15-20 minutes to take the charge off. Then Dr. DeManuelle had the audacity to come out and lecture me about how I shouldn't ask questions during the visit and I should just email them after. The paws got better momentarily because you put him on prednisone which cleared the inflammation. Sense then his issue has returned (and we'll be going elsewhere). You just want to get as much money as you can from people."
"I could not be happier with Dr. DeManuelle and her staff at NWAAD. I took my boy dog Howard in for a persistent skin issue that I had tried to resolve for some time. With the right medications and some tweaks to his diet, he is now about 4 months free of any skin issues. Dr. DeManuelle even had suggestions to ween him off his long term steroid to something a bit gentler to his system. She was also always very gentle with my senior boy. The staff is always courteous and professional. I would definitely go back to this clinic should the need arise."
