Ben & Steven showed up when scheduled to start the work. They were very easy and pleasant to get along with and they did a fantastic job on my floors. The work area was kept clean and always cleaned up before leaving at night. As an added convenience, they even arranged for movers for our furniture. But perhaps what was most surprising was the lack of dust. Having lived thru a floor renovation years ago, the comparison is like night and day. There was hardly any dust to clean up at all!
