"This is a great option. They lady's tuning the place really make you feel welcomed and the front lady's are always so kind and willing to help. It's clean well taken care of they even do your laundry and internet is covered and my husband and I both game and it work great. It is small small but it comes with everything you need the shower is big and can be used as a tub. The have a great restaurant inside and free coffee and drinks up front for residents. They are open everyday. They even do your laundry bring it back clean and folded. I really enjoy it I'm excited to be here for the time that I am here whether you want to be here for a long time or a short time this place is great. Despite being in close proximity to other people I've yet to be disturbed by noises of anything or anyone's animals. Yeah you can bring you fur babies too, everyone seems to be very kind here. It is very small but if it's just you and one person or are you by yourself it is a great option and though the price is a little high you don't have to pay for internet your laundry is done for you. People who work here always happy to help and it's hard to find somewhere with good customer service quite like that in an apartment. It is very well kept and very clean as long as you're okay with being in a smaller space I have not had any problems with neighbors or noises. Highly recommended and they went out of their way to help me moving into the short time. Customer service above and beyond!"
"I absolutely love living at the Franklin! It has been such a fun experience! It brings big city vibes to the small town feel of tri cities. I 100% believe in the vision of the Franklin and am excited to see it evolve. I love all of the office and maintenance staff. Everyone is super friendly and welcoming. I enjoy being able to grab a free coffee or beverage in the lobby and also really enjoy the attached restaurant and bar “Bella Vita” after a long day being able to grab a drink or take dinner up to my room is a nice convenience. There is a 24 gym, free wifi, sauna and hot tub! The pool will soon be up and running and it is such a big beautiful pool! The plants by the pool are over 30 years old! I remember them as a kid:) I think the Franklin is great for anyone who enjoys solitude yet enjoys the peace of having people around. Like any new buisness it takes time for the vision to fully grow but I do believe this is what the tri cities needs and I am all for it."
"My residency at the Franklin Apartments is nothing short of fantastic! From the moment I arrived, I've been greeted with warmth and professionalism by the incredible staff, who made sure every aspect of my experience was top-notch. Let's start with the location - nestled in the heart of Richland, the Franklin Apartments offer unparalleled convenience. Whether you're looking to explore the vibrant downtown scene, enjoy outdoor activities along the Columbia River, or simply want easy access to shopping and dining, this location has it all. Plus, being situated in such a picturesque part of the state means breathtaking views are never far away. Now, let's talk about amenities. The Franklin Apartments truly go above and beyond to ensure residents have everything they need to live comfortably. The fitness center is well-equipped with modern machines, making it easy to maintain an active lifestyle. The indoor pool area is a serene oasis, perfect for relaxing or having fun. And the communal spaces, like the cozy lounge and event space, provide ample opportunities for socializing and unwinding after a long day. But what truly sets the Franklin Apartments apart is the staff. From the front office to the maintenance team, everyone I’ve encountered is friendly, attentive, and genuinely invested in making sure residents feel at home. Any maintenance requests were promptly addressed, and the leasing team was always available to answer questions and provide assistance whenever needed. In summary, if you're looking for a place to call home in Richland, look no further than the Franklin Apartments. With its prime location, top-notch amenities, and exceptional staff, it's truly the perfect place to live."
"I moved in almost two months ago, and I absolutely love the place. The front desk is always so helpful, and made the entire moving process simple and quick. The amenities are fantastic, & the property management takes great care of the building."
"This place is a joke. 300 sq ft studio for $1400. Nice. The only "privacy" if you're planning on living with someone else, or more, is the bathroom; or, going down to the old lobby area and using the lobby restroom with multiple stalls or the sauna, which has a single, completely enclosed bathroom with a locking door but it closes at 9. They advertise a pool, and make a big deal about the "indoor" pool being available year round. Well, the heat pump has NEVER worked. So, my niece got hypothermia her first visit. I nearly did. I would rather jump in the Columbia than that FREEZING pool! That's actually illegal. It's false advertising to publish having an indoor pool as an amenity if it's unusable. Especially when it never has been usable in winter and they're well aware, according to maintenance (who doesn't work on pools, by the way - a handyman, not maintenance man - his words), it never will. There's no signs anywhere warning anyone of the danger of even entering water so cold. Thank God I don't have heart problems. It would've stopped for sure. I talked to the property manager, Heidi, about it and she bold faced lied about what the problems are and how long they'll take to get fixed. Maintenance already said it can't be. There's absolutely no way. Anyway, both my mom and I are disabled and, due to the fact that our disabilities are caused by our spinal issues, we chose this place in an hour based off one of the daily staff members, Diana, making such a big deal about the pool and is being able to do our physical therapy daily since there's the pool plus a hot tub, skeleton gym, and sauna. LIAR! Again. This property management group should be shut down by the state. Their reviews aren't any better. On top of the aforementioned, they assigned us an apartment on the top floor facing west and it didn't occur to my mom that come spring, or whenever the weather warms up, it'll be way too hot for her in the afternoon which will exacerbate her conditions. We asked Diana to be switched to the East side. She promised to look into it because we had just signed that morning and weren't moving in for 2 weeks. Every time we called, Diana put all the responsibility of wether or not they could on her co-frontdesk-worker, Kiara. Every time we called Kiara, she seemed to not even know anything and put all the responsibility on Diana. Needless to say, it never happened. $1400 300 sq ft studio for 2 disabled women, one a senior citizen, the other not too far from that, and they didn't do it because the only one on that side was their model. There were 2 weeks to change the model to our room and give us that room. Especially because it was rented out 2 weeks later and the model was moved across the hall from our room (which means it MUST'VE been available as well when we asked - LIARS, again). To top that off, the people in the original model already moved out of this circus show and it's the model again as the one across the hall is now rented, and rent is now $600 less. Oh my God. And, there's more. Diana didn't even get all of our paperwork done the day we signed and got keys and fobs. Was it the commission that was so important? Trying to climb the ladder quicker? Idk. But, I was using the lobby toilet so I wouldn't be in the way while moving our stuff in. While I'm sitting in the stall, Diana calls my mom's name? Twice. I was so stunned, I actually answered instead of pointing out how inappropriate she was being. Like, "Um, this is her daughter. Will you wait until I'm out of the stall AT LEAST? But, better yet, how about I see you in a few at the front desk? Or, send my mom since it's a question for her, obviously, since you're calling her name, in the bathroom???" Instead, uncomfortably from my stall, I answered that I was her daughter but that she was upstairs. This woman continued to talk to me, telling me about missing paperwork and stuff both my mom and I hadn't done, that she sent us e-mails, and to come see her when I was done. I am STILL flabbergasted and cannot even talk to her or look at her.On top of that, there's more."
