"I was going through a momentous move in location, and in life, and urgently needed Jesse’s team to make make a move with my finances. Several days had passed before I even got word of why I wasn’t receiving my money. I was 100% broke at that moment with no resources as I don’t keep credit cards, and in my opinion, it’s Jesse‘s fault which he admitted later on, and also part of the very much lacking and antiquated policies of Edward Jones has a company. Jesse finally found no way out than having to tell me his mistake days after I had already needed the money and been completely broke. I made promises and commitments, because I believed in Jesse at the time, all to find out that he was covering up a mistake for days, while I was not receiving my money… which made me look like a liar to those who I promised. When I finally met up with him in person which I had to show up at his office, he was trying to find any other excuse in the world and trying to make himself look good, pointing out the flaws in other parts of the system, which seemed highly dishonest to me, where in, for some reason, he also lost $800 of my money, temporarily, likely based on his mistakes. I later did receive my money, but I would have to say that I do not necessarily believe in Jesse‘s ability to handle peoples biggest investments , and for that, he deserves a one star. I believe in people and he may be able to turn it around, but I saw core principles lacking of ethics that make me believe that he might never change."
