"do not rent from them. moved in less than a month ago and have already had to put in multiple maintenance requests. they are super helpful when getting you to sign the lease and then drop the ball. my place was meant to look like it had a working washer and dryer. i have not been able to them one time and i was told i needed to pay to have it replaced since it wasn’t under the lease agreement, even though i was told before move in that they would be working to fix it. avoid them at all costs."

"I lost my job due to Covid and wasn't able to get approved for unemployment yet like thousands of other Oregonian, I made as many payments I could to show good faith but it wasn't good enough for this company. They used tricks and intimidation to ultimately pressure me to move. Showed up unannounced at my property to drop "violation" after "violation". One was that I was conducting a business in the property... wouldn't you think if that were the case I'd be able to make rent payments? After months of 24 hour inspection notices, some only 2 weeks apart I felt uneasy and stressed out... I forgot to mention that I was 6 months pregnant as well. The final straw was they informed me that the property was being sold and the new tenant wanted to live in my half of the duplex. Funny because it wasn't on the market, my 1 year lease wasn't over& the other tenant wasn't informed of the sale. My suspicions were confirmed when the owner of 24 7 Property Management Jeff told me the new owners wanted to finally view the property. Expecting me not to be home during the once again inspection notice.... I couldn't believe it when he marched 15 perspective renters in the unit of a pregnant women(myself) during a global pandemic and during devastating wildfires burning down the road. It wasn't the end, no! 6 days later he served me with another 24 notice and brought another group of people for a showing! Before I left I took extensive photos and videos of the property that I left in great condition. I received a bill for thousands of dollars for repairs but no receipts, strange right? They also kept my entire $1700 deposit. Well, I met with the best tenant landlord lawyer in Portland and he was astonished! Lots of Oregon Tenant Landlord laws broken here. One, the fact that they showed up without a 24 hour notice when dropping off the letter that explained the sale... apparently that is highly illegal and is equivalent to 1 month rent in cash to the tenant. These people are unprofessional, unethical, and frankly inept. To practically pressure a unemployed single pregnant women out during a global pandemic is just disgusting. No empathy. No care. No morals!"
