We reached out multiple times seeking assistance to transition our accounts in accordance with federal guidelines. Instead of receiving the guidance and support we were promised, we were continually told they would "look into it." This lack of urgency and attentiveness left us in an incredibly difficult position. To add insult to injury, they chose to send us a termination letter just a month before the extended tax deadlines, leaving us scrambling and stressed. If you're looking for a reliable and professional accountant, I'd advise you to look elsewhere. This firm left us hanging when we needed them most."
