Staff always make me feel welcomed and valued, and once I even was told that they were especially grateful for their customer support through covid which allowed them to keep this store open. "Highly recommended, after running all over town looking for a specific ornament, the ladies working there were so incredible, they were actually sold out of the ornament but they had the display and we were able to buy it, put it on the tree and our family loves it! (It was the motion activated Grinch) Thank you, the shop is awesome and has alot of Hallmark items that you don't see in other stores. Stop in there and look around, I'm sure they have something there to help make a memory for your family."

"One of the top stores around. I actually travel from Vancouver just to shop at this location. The staff are very friendly and welcoming. They are always willing to help you with any decisions you are having trouble with. You don't have to make the decision on your own. They have great recommendations and know their products. If they don't have it, they will check other stores to see if they might have it. Even put it on hold for you so you can run and get it. It's just a great atmosphere that makes me feel at ease each time I walk in."
