"I used Ted Crocker last year and everything was fine. This year I gave him my paperwork before March 15th and was told to file an extension. When I checked back 6 weeks later, he hadn't started yet and didn't plan on starting for several more weeks. If I had known that he wasn't going to do anything with them, I wouldn't have brought my taxes to him. Plus he cut his business hours way back to three days a week instead of the six he was originally working. It was convenient to have someone else do my taxes, but not waiting for months when I could've done them myself in that amount of time."
