"Very helpful staff - I was having problems trying to refill my mobile Hotspot device on my online account. It took a while but they got things squared away."
"You know a company is deplorable when you have to bring your loved one's cremated remains into the T Mobile store just to get them to even CONSIDER shutting a phone off!! My Dad initially went in to get my Mom's phone turned off, before she passed away, while she was on hospice. She was non verbal and immobile as a result of her terminal illness by this point, so obviously unable to use a phone... Employees at T Mobile told my father that he needed to bring her in to talk to them in order to shut it off. He wasn't on the account, and because the phone was draining her bank account, (and unable to be used by her!) he needed it shut off ASAP. My Dad had to talk to so many people, including what seemed like the most entitled teenager- who they astonishingly chose out of what clearly must have been very few potential candidates-to be the face of their store! I'm embarrassed for them, and for the sad and unlucky customers who have to deal with him. Once again, days later, Dad goes into the store, and after explaining the situation and that she would soon be deceased, they still gave him the runaround. "Wait until Tuesday when the manager is in", "you're going to have to call our 1-800 number to do that" (which he did...no answer, even after several tries and sitting on hold only to be hung up on after 10 minutes or so each time). So by this time, Mom has succumbed to her terrible illness. Dad had enough and minutes after picking her up from the funeral home, brought her remains into the store to show them so they could talk to her like they wanted. Their behavior at this T Mobile store toward a VERY recent widower has been nothing short of appalling. He's traumatized after going through this absolutely unnecessary process. And guess what? They claimed they shut off the phone and that Dad would be rid of them, yet three days later? THE PHONE IS STILL ON! She's getting messages from people checking in on her! My deeply grieving father is having to watch as messages pour in, and answer phone calls from distant relatives and break the news to them, despite him being not yet ready to do so. T-Mobile Pendleton, you need to learn some compassion. You guys took a man's last moments from his beloved wife because you can't do your job. God forbid you people ever have to watch your best friend wither away and then have a company tell you they can't do their job for whatever reason. Scam artists..."
"The customer service is TRASH In the T-Mobile store. The guy didn't have a name tag but he had a septum piercing and an attitude like no other! We went there to return our Internet (as we were told to do by the 611 number) and we were told "we're a T-Mobile store not a UPS" and have to do it ourselves. I called the Walla Walla location because they are known to be very helpful and they told me I was able to just to bring it by and they will take care of everything for me. It's sad that I have to drive an additional 40 minutes just to get decent customer service. If I don't choose to cancel my plan I will never return to that store."
"Ussually when I call with a problem they are courteous, but this guy, Austin kept telling me that he has no problem with his phone where he lived n suggested we buy one of their phones. All I wanted to know is when T-Mobile was going to get sky link hooked up. I was telling him how slow our phones were and our internet was sketchy. I so need to go in because I've got wierd stuff going on with my phone."
"UPDATE: Had a real bizarre issue with our account and once again Austin S. to the rescue! Stayed almost an hour past closing time on the phone with level 2 support to diagnose and solve the issue. Great experience and wonderful team members! Great staff! Austin was very helpful and even thought they were almost to close, he was very patient and kind."
