"I give my experience a five out of five stars because I went in there with some complications with an older iPhone and they were so kind and they helped me understand everything that had gone wrong and everything I needed to do to get a proper phone plan and they really took the time to tell me understand what I was doing moving forward. I ended up with the new iPhone 15 a new Apple Watch and new chargers, new plug-ins to plug my chargers into the walls and it took like an hour almost 2 hours to get through everything and during that time it was just so amazing and I felt so at home and I was with Cole and Paul, who it was his first day was Paul’s first day, and Cole has been working in the Verizon store for 15+ years he was saying, and he was telling me how he has put on over 15,000 screen protectors and I just thought that was amazing and he was sharing his stories with me and talk about his family in the meantime while he was working and getting everything done, he managed to hold conversation and eye contact and he was so kind and any question I would ask he would instantly answer it while he was training a new employee, Paul, so he managed his time beautifully. He managed to not only get me a new phone plan get me a new phone switch over my old phone to this new phone but also take the time to train said new employee while doing all those things I had just mentioned, I was so beyond impressed with the way everyone held themselves in that store, but cool, really stuck out to me because he was just so kind and so calm as large groups of people came in. He just kept his calm demeanor and was just amazing amazing. Can’t even describe how wonderful it was to get the help from him that I needed because I didn’t understand but he made it where I understood it. He made it to where I wasn’t nervous to make such a large purchase at such a young age and he really help me out and I can’t wait to go back Thursday to do the full phone switch and everything and I really can’t wait to see him again because he was just so kind and so smart and so fun and he is probably an employee that I will never forget in my life he had that big of an impact on me. So Cole if you’re reading this review, I want you to know how truly amazing you were. Thank you for everything you had done for me and I can’t wait to see you on Thursday."
