"Don remodeled a half bath for me. He tiled the floor and corrected an issue in the subfloor. He helped install the new vanity, installed the sink and new hardware, framed the mirror and the window, and installed a new, decorative backsplash. He added character to the bath by using rows of the backsplash tile to breakup a long empty wall. The effect is really unique and attractive. With new paint and lighting, the once dark, worn out bathroom is bright and fresh looking."

"We needed one of our bedroom windows replaced and were calling around to look for someone to come out and replace it. After leaving voicemails for 3 other businesses who never called back, I found Don on Yelp, called, and he picked up right away. I told him I was needing a bedroom window replaced and gave him the ballpark dimensions of the window measurements. He asked some questions I didn’t know the answers to, but was patient and helpful with walking me through how to tell the difference in order to answer. I liked that I was able to text him a picture of the window so that he could visually see what I was talking about, and he was able to give me an estimate soon after. He came out later the same day to assess the window and take accurate measurements. He gave us an estimated time of when he would be able to replace the window (he came out on a Thursday and got the window replaced by the following Tuesday) and was on his way. Throughout the entire process, I appreciated Don’s clear communication along with the updates. The pricing was reasonable and the install was quick (even though I talked his ear off the whole time) and took less than an hour. He cleaned up any mess the install left behind and even wore shoe covers when he had to come inside to get to the window. Don was respectful, transparent, and was able to maintain great communication throughout the entire process. His pricing was fair and the installation was quicker than expected, but efficient. We would use Don again in the future since we had such a great first experience and love to support small business owners!"
