"Y'all, the quality of their stones is laughable! "Designer quality" is a stretch! Returns are impossible, and the agents in customer service are so rude and condescending. No, thank you, I won't be ordering here again."

"QUALITY: Hit or miss, at best. Generally speaking, you could get the same quality from Temu. Almost everything they have comes from China, findings break, often beads arrive damaged and with MUCH less color than pictured. SHIPPING: They literally throw everything in a zip lock bag, in a box, and then forget about it. I've never received an order that wasn't damaged in some way. Shipping takes forever! Don't order with urgency in mind! CUSTOMER SERVICE: Given the other issues they have, their customer service just adds insult to injury. They literally pride themselves on their customer service, yet in reality, it is atrocious. Enjoy hours on hold only to be laughed off the phone, literally laughed at, and hung up on. They consistently deny any issues that may have been their fault and will blame you. They lack any and all empathy for small businesses and double charge large orders. They will tell you just to wait 30 days for your money back all while having the ability to rectify the situation, but lacking any desire to resolve even the simplest of issues. If you are fortunate enough to speak to a customer service manager, they will display the source of the agents' terrible attitudes and work ethics. They will promise to send emails, perform tasks, and then ghost you. You will never speak to them again at this point. PLATINUM CLUB: It's like their drug. They can't not push it on you insistently. Yet they treat you like nothing to them. Save yourself a headache, money, and time and source your materials elsewhere. The wire they carry is cheaper on the manufacturers site and available in larger quantities, as with many other items. Amazon also has the same quality with free quick shipping. I find cheaper and MUCH higher quality stones, beads, and crystals through US based TikTok sellers at the same and often better prices."

"I really love ordering from Fire Mountain Gems. They are my main supplier for all my jewelry findings and high quality beads and crystals. Recently a 14K solid gold ear stud arrived damaged, and within 24 hours they got back to me and sent out a replacement the same day with the fastest shipping free of charge, and covered the return charges and customs. The only thing I don't love is how high the customs fees are (im in Canada), but that will happen with any store when ordering gold products outside of the country. It's just an occupational hazard."

"I ordered a few times from Fire Mountain gems and beads, and this will be my last. When my order didn’t arrive, and I wrote to express my frustration, they had no information on where my package was. They did not offer support. They essentially told me to wait until another week had passed. So I waited another week and still nothing. When I wrote again to express my displeasure, they offered to send me a new package with what I had ordered. I felt this was a great compromise, even though my products would be arriving too late to use in time for an upcoming event. Then, I found out that not only did they not send me my initial order, they sent only half of those items, and did not inform me, and did not offer me an opportunity to replace half of my order with a similar product. When I wrote again to express displeasure, and requesting a replacement for what had not been sent along, they said what I wanted was out of stock and the half order was already sent, so they weren’t going to mail me again. This experience is frustrating to say the least and I’ll be taking my business elsewhere."

"When I first started making my own jewelry I had a difficult time finding gemstones that were accurately described with complete transparency. After so many disappointing purchases from one of the largest online marketplaces in the world, I went back online in search for a seller I could trust. That's when I found FMG. I have been purchasing ALL my gemstones from them for the past few years and have not once felt I was misled. After I learned the grading system and abbreviations I found much comfort in knowing what to expect from my purchase. The grading system is much more strict then what I had been receiving before however a lot of what I received before was fake. FMG gives a complete description on the gemstones from what the grade is to the mohs hardness scale and of course any enhancements or manipulation to the gemstone are accurately labeled. I have, also, had to speak with customer service on several occasions for example updating my S&H to overnight or the time there was delays due to fedex in delivery. Each time I have contacted customer service either by phone or chat I have received quick friendly helpful responses. They have always left me feeling positive about my purchase.
