"Always friendly and helpful would definitely recommend going here to get the beautiful jewelry you need they are so helpful and so nice"
"I am so disappointed, I took my engagement ring in a few months ago to get a loose stone tightened, well about a week ago that stone fell out of my ring so i took it back to get repaired again and it looks horrible. There is pitting on every tip along with the channels ( they shouldnt have even been worked on) and pitting all over the band. I will never go back."
"I HAD a beautiful Italian silver snake-chain that needed repair. I brought in my necklace, left it with the lady, and expected the best (considering the $) - Three weeks later my necklace is ready. I thought my favorite necklace that I have ever owned had been repaired, you’d have to care a lot to get it repaired anyways, right? Well, this is what I got back. A chain that once never caught baby hairs left a gnarly scratch on the back of my neck, and the EXACT MIDDLE of the chain is wielded solid. Almost looks like it has a built in bar now, and it’s horrible. Haha, thanks for destroying this necklace to the point now where I cant even get it fixed by a person that could’ve actually fixed it. Look at that chain and - Seriously?? Why would you even send this back to me? Made me cry and I freaking paid for this!!"
"My wife and I have done a bit of shopping with Fred Meyer Jewelers over the years, and have never had any issues. We had issues with my wife's wedding and engagement rings recently giving her a rash on her finger. Annie at Fred Meyer Jewelers really took care of us and went above and beyond. Her regional manager helped as well and I just wanted to say how much we appreciate the company due to people like Annie. Please, give this woman a raise!! -Greg and Lindsey"
"This VERY DETAILED REVIEWS star number may change to up 2 max on reaction of my pregnant wife on Valentines. As it stands now it was a very confusing interaction with both sales reps. I seen an Infinity blue diamond and white diamond necklace that looked great for Valentines Day. On clearance no less! It cost $87 plus I bought the warranty to make the cost $117 and change. After purchasing said necklace the person putting it in the box broke the chain. Ok, cool, I just got the warranty....NOPE! The sales rep proceeded to say they could not replace the chain, no looking at other stores since I was not at home and could have picked up the same necklace at another location, no offer to fix the chain and ship the product. WHY DID I PURCHASE A WARRENTY if the necklace could not be fixed? So, the sales rep tried finding "something else", a sapphire infinity necklace that ended up costing an extra $40, total of $157 and a inferior product. I realize it was my choice to do this, but I also realize the warrenty obviously really means jack in the eyes of sales reps. My prayer here is somebody tries to make this situation correct, preferably not a rep from said store."
