"And update. I had submitted a request for the 55.00$ I spent on pictures I never received I talked to a Cherie through email and she was of no help. Rude short and uncaring of the situation. And today. 12/23/23 they took the 55$ back out of my account when I still have no pictures. I will be taking legal action thru my bank if they don’t out the money back. Seriously the worst service. Haven’t received my child’s pictures. I can’t get ahold of anyone. No messages are being returned and it’s past my date of receiving them. I refuse to ever use them at my child’s school again. Horrible company. I’d give zero stars if I could cause the lady on the answering machine sounds like she either doesn’t know what she’s doing or needs to hire more help to answer calls."

"They will not respond to any emails or calls. I paid $30 for the digital copy and had my daughter do retakes. Still nothing. They gave me the download for the original photo which I have not bothered with as it was not very good. But I have not received the digital copy for the retakes. I paid money for NOTHING. Although, they did respond when I was having issues paying for the order. So they are very responsive when it comes to wanting their money but they could not careless to deliver the goods. The picture packages are awful and I’m very disappointed that my daughters school has used this business for school pictures for the last 2 years."

"There's multiple numbers for them most of them will call and hang up on you you can email them as well but I've got no response I got a text message this morning that was really not informative it all seemed as though I'm not in the photograph for business. All I would like is my son's class photo we took her class photos they came we had a chance to reorder I reordered his class photo and what I received was 2 tens which is absolutely unnecessary bad word. There are unresponsive and do not explain well"

"Non-responsive when I called her line sometimes I get a voicemail most of time I get hung up on. I receive a text message that is not understandable due to I'm not in the photography business. I received two eight by tens instead of 1/8 by 10 and a class photo and being told that after retake I can get the class photo after it's approved by the school which does not make sense to me seeing as though the class photos have already been released please reach out and help me clear this matter as I've emailed you multiple times and called you multiple times all I would like is to get my son's class picture."
