"A friend discovered a toilet leak this morning at her business where there are often clients who need to use the restroom. I was going to replace the fill valve which was sticking, but discovered the shutoff valve leaked a lot when turned off, so it went above my paygrade. Called Grants Pass Plumbing around 10:30 and the lady said they'd be out between 2 and 4. At 1:30 they arrived and were finished by 1:45. Tightened the wall valve nut and repositioned the fill valve so the float wouldn't drag on the tank wall. No parts necessary. It's nice to have people who know what they're doing. "Well the fabulous family run Grants Pass Plumbing did it again! My old corroded/rusted galvanized pipes were breaking so I had to have the entire house re-piped - ugh. I really dreaded the whole ordeal but knew it had to happen. I feel like Linda’s a good friend even tho we’ve never met & have only communicated by text or phone. And Jordan & Dustin were fantastic. Very efficient, happy to answer my nine million questions & even quickly fixed an issue w one of my toilets. "I can honestly say that I have never seen a Plumber go under a house to do a repair and come out turn the water on and leave without checking his his repair. If he had checked his repair he would have known that he didn't fix it right, it was still leaking, And the repair they did 2 weeks prior is leaking still. Same plumber did both repairs. And to top it all off, He was giving a $60 tip. Way to go Grant's pass plumbing, Maybe if the plumber was wasn't busy chatting it up, he would got it fixed. If your Home warranty recommends them to to fix your plumbing, I would have them recommend somebody else, 100%."
