Lagree Plus is located at 1024 Harlow Road in Springfield, Oregon, and is the only certified Lagree studio in Eugene/Springfield. Our gym focuses on Lagree Fitness, a high-intensity, low-impact workout that targets all major muscle groups and improves endurance and posture. Our Mini Pro machines use spring-loaded cables for resistance, and our instructors emphasize slow, controlled movements, proper form, core engagement, and controlled breathing.
What sets Lagree Plus apart is our 100% certified Lagree instructors who provide safe and effective workouts for all fitness levels. As a Master Trainer studio, we also focus on training and developing new Lagree instructors to ensure high-quality classes worldwide.
