"Invite everyone to visit Gold Beach and drive through the Rogue Pacific Mobile Home/RV Park and Cottages. We have cottages that date back to the 1930's, a quiet and comfortable place to live. RV, mobile home and monthly Ocean View cabins to rent. Very convenient to restaurants, grocery stores, gift shoppes and Hospital. Also fishing on the Rogue River and Summer Season Jet Boat Rides!"
"These are OCEAN VIEW COTTAGES! I was shocked to see a manufactured home community on the coast! And it's so adorable, and affordable. a girlfriend of mine has been looking for housing for a few months now and she stumbled upon this community. What a great Community!"
"Park manager allowed a bounce house to be placed in the car area behind our rv spot and then refused to quiet these people's loud party at night. Didn't sleep until midnight! Then we weren't refunded our deposit when we left because the manager refused to enforce quiet hours and we had to move! Totally unethical and corporate is impossible to reach so got ripped off and nothing we could do about it! BEWARE"
