I came here very overweight and received nothing but support and encouragement, and I am happily improving my fitness level and shrinking in size. Not to mention learning some practical self-defense skills! This is the school you want to visit to learn a traditional martial art, and it's quite a bit cheaper than most martial art schools in the Corvallis area."
