Through the course of several private sessions, Lynn helped identify the issues I was having with my injured hip and started me on the path to recovery. Her knowledge of body mechanics is amazing, and she can quickly hone in on specific issues and create a treatment plan that really works. After the private sessions and seeing the physical therapist she recommended, my hip is dramatically better and I'm attending her group mat classes every week. She is fun to train with and is very encouraging as you learn the techniques and gain strength. I highly recommend Lynn for both private and mat classes (which at $10 a class are a steal!).
