"I was a loyal client of Cherry City Tax Service for many years. When they sold the business to Mackey Porth & Unreign CPAs, it was my hope that I would experience the same customer service. My first call to them today was met with a person who clearly didn’t want to have a conversation about taking on my business even though I had asked prior to starting if now was a good time to call to discuss my account. They replied with the question “ what do you want?” The response was so jarring and tone of the voice so negative it told me that this was not the place I should entrust with my my finances. Although the person did reluctantly say that they would discuss taking on my business with the partners, I had decided based on the unfriendly conversation, I would be better off to find a more pleasant tax experience elsewhere."
