"I am super happy with the service I received from New Twist. Being on the opposite coast, I had to check that the store was real and not a scam bc the price for the bracelets I wanted was super reasonable. When my order didn’t come, I was concerned, and I contacted them. It was my fault. I’d recently moved and put my old zip code, and we were unsure of what was going to happen. I checked the post office to no avail, and basically wrote the bracelets off. I didn’t expect anything from New Twist bc it was my error, but they continued checked in on me from time to time over the next month, which I truly appreciated. Christmas came and went, and I got a call that they’d finally been returned to them. They checked for the correct address and sent them right back out to me. I’m so pleased with their level of customer service, I will be using them more often."
