"I was sold a ring band that I was told was one of a kind. I later found out it was a designer who only does custom jewelry and you can only get them from certified dealers. Harry Ritchie’s is not one of these dealers. After going to a certified dealer, I also found out that Harry Ritchie’s charged me 3x the amount it was worth from the certified dealer. Following this- Harry Ritchie’s forgot to place my custom order and it took 7 months to get my order."
