"Brought a cheap watch in for a battery replacement. Young man said he didn’t “have the right tool” to pop open the back. Went out to my car and used a screwdriver for glasses to easily remove the back and came back in for the battery. Lazy customer service."

"There was only 1 guy working there & 4 customers & we were first so he did help us & asked what we were looking for. He seemed more distracted & let us choose but didn't explain the features of the watch we wanted, which is what I needed cause I don't know much about men's watches. He was polite but I would have liked to hear the pros & cons of what I was spending so much money on as a gift. Instead I had to research myself & bought the watch really just based on the look. I didn't know that other options had specific features which would have been nice to know those options."
