"My wife and I went in to have her main solitaire of her engagement ring reset and to ad a band with princess cut diamonds. We spent a good amount of time going through what we wanted. We then PAYED for the new band and for the repair. A week later we received a letter saying that they had miss charged us. They informed us that it would now be DOUBLE the price for the new band. We, then, returned to the store to find out what was happening. When we got there, they did not have my wife’s ring fixed nor did they have any alternative plans to help solve the issue in which they created. All they offered was to return our money, which is upsetting now that we’ve spent two days going to there business and have yet to be helped in any way. The receipt detailed exactly what we had asked for and for the original price quoted. My family had done business there for decades and we were treated as if we didn’t matter. Not to mention, during this stressful conversation, one of the owners brought up and tried to talk to me about my eldest sister who has MS. I found this to be completely inappropriate for the situation, especially since this was brought up as we were trying to have a conversation about their blatant error. I will not be going here ever again. I felt they handled this situation dishonorably on several levels."
