"This place has totally gone downhill. Major internal confusion and miscommunication. Asked for internal Quickbooks help and never received during tax time. Never got journal entries to correct accounting in Quickbooks like I asked for. Service was great about 10 years ago."

"I want to recommend this group of CPA’s to my enemies, my ex-boyfriends, and all of my haters!! They are the worst!! They will charge high rates for the worst service for your taxes and your business. They were so bad that I feel compelled to write this review. If you want to be taken care of for your business taxes then RUN!!!!!!!!!!!! This is not the right place!! Mark was our CPA. He charged us $14,000 dollars to put us in the worst financial situation ever!! We found a new cpa who confirmed that Mark made bad tax decisions for us. Consider yourself warned."

"Yes, they can get the basic work done for you. Most, if not all, CPA's can also. The problem with Jones & Roth is they are totally unorganized internally. If you ask an important question during your meetings with them (like I did), don't expect to ever hear back from them. If they make internal changes of the staff handling your work, you won't hear a thing about it. Etc. etc. the list of bad communication experiences I had with them goes on and on. Finally decided to take my business elsewhere, and so far, the new CPA firm is far outperforming Jones & Roth. Edit: Saw the response from owner claiming that have no record of doing business with me. That's because I have more than one email address, dumdums. In my opinion, this sort of "this must be a fraudulent review" response says it all about Jones & Roth. Trust me. I did business with them for a couple years, and they were not good at all. Downgraded from my original 2 star review to 1 star."
