"I never had any trouble with the service until this past 5 months. I have a IRA and it’s my only money that I have. Except for my SS check. So I need that money sometimes to pay my bills. I have called this Brandon Williams 3 times. He is either incompetent or is not following my instructions on purpose. Anyway, it is costing me money, when I can’t pay off my bills. I tried to get ahold of somebody else. I was put on hold for over 30 minutes. So I hung up. I will be talking to my lawyer next."

"The whole organization is inept. All you have to do is read of another Wells Fargo screwup practically everyday. The advisor team is part of that. Before I left Wells Fargo Advisors, I was assigned Lucas Widoff. He never called, but I’ve been subjected to a barrage of marketing emails (which I junk mail), but they keep coming despite efforts to unsubscribe. I finally left Advisors because of the lack of professionalism and dishonesty."
