"Not only were our taxes done incorrectly on state and federal side, instead of refunding our filing fee they blamed us for not providing previous year information. They never asked for it, we have everything asked for. We still are dealing with adjustments on IRS side. Spoke with two very kind costumer service reps only to be followed up by local manager who blamed us for adjustments. Very condescending and unprofessional."

"Classic Bait & Switch Pricing!! Their “UP FRONT PRICING” was total BS. I was told $120 for State and Federal taxes, and that it was gonna be a simple tax return (as I described my single job, etc) Then when I came back to sign papers..... it Balloons to $320 dollars out of NOWHERE. They said nothing about the $100 “form fee” and another $100 for “complex taxes”. Classic Bait & Switch If I didn’t wait till last minute- I would have WALKED OUT!"

"Absolutely the worst experience we've ever had with HR Block or any professional service EVER. Colleen Mincinski was rude, belligerent, demeaning, defensive, uncooperative, condescending, and absolutely refused to assist us or listen to what we had to say. She refused to believe she was in the wrong on tax law and insisted that Oregon.gov, Intuit, the Internet, and even another HR Block were all wrong, and not her. She failed to apologize even after discovering she WAS wrong, and continued to belittle myself and my wife. Absolutely atrocious. I feel for all the people she's filed taxes for and screwed over with her lack of knowledge and refusal to learn. NEVER AGAIN."
