"Thanks for advise me to put out meal worms as well the birds love them."
"Lovely store, stock, and staff! I look forward to making the drive to stock up on outdoor bird supplies."
"Staff were really helpful and offered to take my purchase out to my car when my arms were full. They are very experienced and willing to share their knowledge about a myriad of things. The shop always seems to be well stocked and very clean."
"The lady there was super helpful and spent time helping me find what I needed. I was looking for something not super expensive and not too extravagant. We found just the right fit. With this purchase I got three different types of sample seed for free!"
"I was looking for a new place to buy birdseed. I buy large amounts and the place I was buying from wasn't very knowledgable about the different kinds. There was a woman being helped when I entered the store, so I waited until the young man finished helping her identify a bird, then I asked him what kind of seed I should be using. We narrowed it down to 2 kinds, and I asked him where the bags were in the store. While I was talking to him a woman came in and set 2 large bags of seed next to the counter, then waited her turn. Before the employee would tell me where the seed was located he said he was going to help the other woman as she was ready to check out. Huh? After he checked her out I pointed out how rude his actions were, and he said that he thought that if I had a lot of questions, he didn't want to make her wait. Talk about horrible customer service! I had decided on one of two types and just needed to look at the bags, and he knew that. If he wanted to help her first he could have asked me if that was okay with me. So apparently if you have questions, you get shoved to the back of the line and they'll help you when they feel like it. I've told several friends who shop there, and they agreed that they're now ex-customers."
