"The view is absolutely amazing. There is a little "path" you can take to get down to the road which you then need to cross to get to the beach. I wasn't feeling brave enough to take the path but it's there. The couch is a pullout bed and is pretty comfy. There is also a bunny that lives in a burrow nearby and he will hangout at all times of the day. Aquarium is nearby as well along with plenty of shops to visit."
