"WOW!!!!! This company is phenomenal! I got a call from my tenant at a rental property saying that the hot water heater was leaking and I called brass monkey and they actually answered the phone and were at the property assessing the situation within two hours. Because of my busy schedule, they even offered to communicate directly with my tenant to gain access, so that I didn’t have to be the go-between. In our initial conversation, I had just advised them to replace the gas water heater but when they got there, they told me that it was something that could be fixed instead of just replacing it at a much higher cost. I decided just to have them replace it regardless, so I wouldn’t have to deal with it later, but so appreciated their honesty. Because my tenants were going to be without hot water, they made me a priority, and had the new water heater up and running within 5 hours of my initial contact with them. This team, from Aaliyah in the office to Nathaniel and his guys in the field are beyond professional and I just cannot say enough good about my experience. Will absolutely be recommending them!!!!!"

"So I don't think anyone relishes the idea of having an aging water heater start leaking, knowing the impact this will have on the typical home owners pocket book and time. A couple of nights ago that is exactly what my wife and I discovered. We were forced to turn our water off, and I elected to stay home yesterday to try and find someone that could provide service on our unit or replace it quickly without our being not having hot water for weeks while we waited for an appointment. Our google search for the best provider in our area resulted in Brass Monkey Plumbing being the team we wanted to address our issue. To say they met our expectations is an understatement. We did get pretty lucky on our timing as they are in high demand, but they happened to have a replacement unit in stock and were willing late (completing our job around 6:30pm) to ensure we weren't without hot water for days on end. The price for the replacement fell within what we had budgeted for and anticipated, but the service was above and beyond both gentlemen were courteous, kind, and aware of their surrounds. At one point I was asked if it would be ok if they listened to music while they worked and reassured that they wouldn't be listening to anything morally questionable. This question caught me a bit off guard as most service providers I've met wouldn't have give my thoughts on it any consideration. Needless to say I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Brass Monkey Plumbing to everyone I know."

I had Alex at the house on my schedule and he was very honest and did not try to price gouge me. The office made sure to keep in touch at all times. I scheduled the replacement of three toilets. There was an issue with one of the toilets due the floor boards. They even gave me the name of a person to fix the issue. I am very pleased and would recommend this company, very professional and the workmanship is excellent."
