"Rude electrician, really would like to print his name here because he was unprofessional, Requested electrician to come in to my apartment because my breakers flip off at random with no load on them when they do it? I guess HAYC Has a contract with Farnham electric Co to do their electrical repairs? Or are they just hire them because? Who knows? Spent around a half hour at least, working on the breaker box, had my power off and left my door wide open, it was 8 AM in the morning and it was cold! Left saying he needed to get parts and replacement breakers from his vehicle, If he didn’t have them he was going to go get them, Was here with an idiot maintenance man from the HAYC that I have had issues with before because he’s a lousy repairman, Gone for at least a half hour, Most likely both of them were on the clock and took an extended coffee break, Finally! Came back, worked on the breaker box again around a half hour, really wish I would’ve been watching them to see if they were doing anything all? but I was busy doing other things, This is what was reported he did in a email to me from HAYC Director of asset management. “Farnham electric was there to inspect the breaker box. They were unable to find any issue or hazards with the panel or the electricity. It was found to be working in good order” There is only 13 breakers in the breaker box! what in the world took them so long? That was the only thing THEY! worked on? I think he was just padding the bill because he knows the HAYC won’t question the Bill, I am an old guy living on Social Security because of health problems But! When I was younger I worked in the construction business and know quite a bit about electrical issues because I took vocational General contractor classes and worked for a general contractor, Most likely, the breakers have flipped so many times they have gotten week and flip when there’s no heavy amperage being used, He acted like I was an idiot! At 63 years old I don’t appreciate someone putting their hand in my face, telling me to stop talking! And just listen! Treated me like I was stupid? Very demeaning, disrespectful probably because I live in low come housing, No wonder even though they brag they’ve been around for 100 years. They only have 20 Google reviews, a few say they were overcharged, Yelp, they only have seven! And only a 3.7 out of five star reviews. Need an electrician? Simpson Electric has over 200 reviews and FIVE STARS! If I could, I would leave Farnham electric Co minus five stars!"
