We met w Frankie to finalize the bid. Leeann did a wonderful job of communicating and managing the flow of various workers coming to do the bathroom flooring and tile work, drywall and painting, and plumbing. The workers/subcontractors were prompt in their arrivals and carried out the work without any issue. The final invoice was detailed and accepted by our insurance for final payment without questions. It is never fun to deal with home repairs, but Leupitz did make the process much less painful."
