"Tommy the head instructor is such a cool guy and he's a BEAST! If you're new to Jits, they're really helpful and supportive. If you want to train with the monsters, there's that option too, but you should have some experience before you roll with these guys. Some of these guys are former wrestlers, MMA fighters, NAGA champs, these guys can roll. I come from a very traditional BJJ academy; bowing on and off the mats, calling the instructors, Professor, etc. It's very similar to the Gracie Barra culture. Impact Sherwood is very relaxed and informal, but the training there is the real deal. This academy is legit. Great peeps too!"
