"I stopped by at this Petco location today to buy Fortiflora for my senior dog. I was having a hard time finding the item and I was able to find an associate to help me. Luckily, it was in-stock and it was on sale which is an added bonus. Kudos to Erik, the store associate that helped me today and thank you for re-printing the receipt. I had my ear buds on so I didn't heard your question the first time, since there was a screaming child in the store and that triggers my migraine. I always stop by at this pet store after TJ Maxx. Keep up the awesome customer service : )"

"I’ve never been to a store and had the cashier on duty did not know how to ring someone up and refuse to get help. Ended up leaving. Weirdest experience of my life. Cashier on duty 10/24 at 9:30am needs training."
