"I've been going now for more than a year and have had so much fun. I get to train with my family and have made many friends. It's a great holistic workout, including warm-up exercises, endurance training, agility drills, stretching, sparring, breaking, kicking and punch lessons, and movement forms. So many workouts I've done in the past are one dimensional in there approach but I feel the workout and skills training i'm getting here really helps keep me moving and feeling good. Many people think Taekwondo is just a kids sport but I've been having a blast doing it as an adult."
