"The girl that answered the phone today was so rude very aggressive and spoke terrible to me and hung up on me. It’s so disappointing how this clinic has become. The last thing you want to deal with when you’re not feeling well, this is so upsetting I can’t even make an appointment. Time to find another doctors office. No one should ever have to experience this ever"
"What a nightmare it is dealing with the front office and the ones who answer the phones. Been coming for almost 9 years and it has never been so bad like it has in the last couple years. They are so unprofessional they are rude they hang up on you when you, I’ve never seen anything like it. Time to find a new doctor office."
"Not great, but I've had worse experiences with doctors. Dr. Lutze is great with standard check-up stuff but, for the rest (i.e., fibromyalgia and other chronic illnesses), not so much. I've since switched doctors and the difference is quite big. I'm finally getting appropriate, holistic care for the chronic issues I've been dealing with for years. If you're chronically ill, I wouldn't recommend, but if you're just looking for a PCP for check-ups and other general issues, this place is just fine."
"So so disappointed!! What is the point of having a doctor you can’t see when your sick. I understand COVID and all but I am vaccinated, boostered and took an at home test. I know I have a sinus infection possible strep since my son tested positive the day before. They called me 20 min before I was to be seen to tell me that I wasn’t allowed to be seen there. They went ahead and booked me an urgent care visit. URGENT CARE COST MORE MONEY! I don’t want to go to urgent care and can’t be seen anywhere else without “established care”. I established care here to avoid going to urgent care."
"Getting an apt is a nightmare as schedule is booked. Provider runs 30-40 min late and tells me this is normal for her. Complains she is very busy but requires redundant appointments for I’m not even sure what. Very few refills or no refills on routine meds like inhalers. Also my visits are upcoded each time, which bills the max amount. For a 5 min virtual visit for depression follow up. And its a lot of involvement, time, copays, for things that aren’t necessary. These meaningless virtual 5 min hi/bye appointments cost a lot and are very hard to schedule since they are booked weeks out, but I’m asked to do them every few weeks to months for some reason. Generate revenue maybe? We don’t really talk about much at them. Basically “how are you doing?” Then a level four 400$ bill is generated. Feel like I should just get a year of inhalers and antidepressants. Overall wasteful and annoying. Also somewhat disrespectful in our interactions. Provider is dismissive and punitive, and not very professional in her interactions."
