"Called Dr. Mitin to try to coordinate care regarding a mutual patient and he yelled at me. My intent was to coordinate care to develop a safe plan for a very sick individual, but he would not stop to let me speak or offer observations/assessment. The client ended up having severely low BP and needing to go to the ER. Might have been able to resolve issue in an outpatient infusion setting, but Dr. Mitin was to hostile on the phone to be able to collaborate with effectively. We are all just trying to help people get better. Take a day off broh."
