"Great surgeon. Horrible bedside manner. The office staff never answers the phone and you cant talk to anyone when you need to. Their communication is also dreadful. The surgeon never did call me to give me my pathology results after my mastectomy. I had to learn through the paper work that my cancer had spread to my lymph nodes. And then I had to take the paperwork To another oncologist to help me decipher what it all meant, because no one would call me back at their office. At such a scary time during a diagnosis, this was the most frightening thing I had to go through. I hope no other patient has had to deal with this horror."
