Reviews
"I rarely write reviews unless it is a really positive experience. This was unfortunately one of the worst experiences I have had with a provider. I try to give providers the benefit of the doubt that many factors can influence a visit but Dr. Gross didn't seem to bother to read any of my history nor ask me in the visit. He didn't seem to care about my symptoms and actually told me I shouldn't be feeling that. I've never felt so defeated leaving an appointment. The office and support staff were great and were able to get me a second opinion within the practice and I have since had a visit with a much more caring and respectful physician."
"Found out I have Polycemia Vera in 2021 and needed to see a specialist. Been "seeing" Dr. Gross, actually just "follow-ups" - 15 minute sit downs with a little conversation. 2 years later, I have begun experiencing extreme itching, one of the top symptoms of pcv, an incurable blood disorder. A week ago I called his office in desperation for relief, leaving a message on his operator service. They returned call next day saying they need to schedule another "follow up". No mention of itching. Several such calls continued during last week till the final insult was a call 2 days ago, friday. The nurse actually asked about my itching and said she was going to contact dr gross right away and get right back to me. Its Sunday, and still no word. Dr. Gross is hearby removed from my medical team. Don't call me."
"Dr. Gross is thoroughly knowledgeable, listens well & sympathetically, and has been very encouraging at the Feb. one-year point of my breast cancer treatment. He even had a specific research-based supplement suggestion for keeping hair loss to a minimum. I am grateful for this fine, young doctor. He treated me as if I was a relative, with grace and kindness."
"I lost my cancer doctor when I was about 4 years in survivorship as she relocated to CA. I had heard about the WVCI and was given Dr. Gross. I loved him immediately! I found him to be very caring, interested in my circumstances, easy to talk to……….checked all the boxes. I see him annually now and can’t be more pleased with his care."
"Dr. Gross and his staff have provided exceptional service during the past year that I have been a patient. They are welcoming, cheerful and pleasant and strive to make each visit a positive experience. Dr. Gross is a patient, good listener who works with his patients to accommodate any unforeseen needs that arise. He stays on top of new developments and works with his peers in the industry to provide the best care available. Exceptional clinic."
