"Absolutely awful experience. I had a package sent to my residence, and it was redirected to the UO Housing Service Center. Since my legal name was on the package, and they only had my preferred name on the record (for some reason), they sent it back to the sender without even notifying me or holding it for a few days to wait for my response. This level of incompetence is astounding, as any individual with a shred of common sense would realize that, as the last names matched, it was extremely likely that the discrepancy is due to my legal and preferred names being different (and not because the package was sent to the wrong address)."
